dear martha - - WHY do you do things like this that make me love you? you see I watch your show and my little heart shrinks in size for you because you are just kinda mean and interrupt ALL of your guests which is very very very rude but then you come out with my craft dream armoire and that little heart inches a few bigger (insert big GRRRRR here)

TOO SING SONGY

While I'm not normally one to make new years resolutions (remember the sewing one from a few years ago? ya still cant sew on a button) I think I may pick this one up this year and run with it ... I find myself sometimes getting really angry about the itty bitty things and I know we have all heard 'dont sweat the small stuff' that sounds far too sing songy and merry to me ... this is much more 'listen lady KNOCK IT' so I have posted this on my little bulleting board at work and I intend to gaze at it all day long.

christmas this year was as magical as ever ... pictures? ya right that would be too easy to capture my memories - instead I totally forgot - but fear not! as soon as my items are in place this year I will blog about them with so much gusto it will be like i took pictures! mr. coberly and I went very low key this year to each other ... but everyone made up for it with their amazing gifties to us this year.

my favorite was mr. coberlys suprise daily journal/planner all the way from new zealand! - - i heart it mega mega mucho ... so much in fact that im terrified to write in it because its so pretty.

SOUNDS LIKE THE WORST JOB EVER

before i tuck into my warm sunday nap i thought i would share with you a little something added to my 'not that i ever will because im deeply madly in love with my husband but if ever i did get married i would ...' file. pom poms down the aisle! amazing ... of course i would make sure to budget in a poor soul to clean them all up because honestly that sounds like the worst job ever (so i would budget lots of money for that poor soul).

WELL IM HERE

well Im here ... in my new home Utah - - love seeing family and friends and the weather decided to give me a nice heaping pile of snow (8" heaping) but unlike chicago when it snows in utah then its beautiful and blue skies and happy happy dry roads (aka no ice). So while everyone is complaining of the 30 degree weather Im THRILLED its not -15 wind chill. and more excitingly I have landed a new jobby job - I'll be the Executive Assistant to the founding executives at a company called doTERRA ... the job sounds amazing and incredibly challenging (I start tomorrow) I beat out 200 others which has added a gold star to my ego boost flag...so Im looking forward to a new adventure (and being able to shop at DownEast again!)

and I will try to be a better blogger this week!
